This is far better than the main rainforest walks, less tourists and no traffic noise
  • Diego

Not as good as the main attraction.

Solid bike ride out from Dorrigo over mainly dirt roads. Nice picnic area within the rainforest.

Perfect for nature lovers. Moderately challenging bushwalk but very rewarding is the Rosewood Creek Walk/Circuit (approx 2 hrs). Coachwood Falls is beautiful and the water is beautifully clear. Many different types of fungi to spot along the way. Surrounded by peaceful rainforest with barely any other person to disturb the tranquility as you pass through. Moderate fitness and trail runners/hiking shoes recommended. The track can be rough, very muddy and occasionally partially blocked esp after a storm.

A very beautiful picnic area, remote, quiet, and very peaceful.
